Engineering work
- Collect process data and process requirement to design function of control system and interlocking system.
- Team member for HAZOP study work.
- Prepare technical bid evaluation tabulation of all DCS suppliers.
- Coordinate with DCS supplier to implement and test control system and interlocking system to assure the function of both systems that same as process requirement.
- Coordinate between all parties involved in project (internal) in order to meet objectives of project.
- Calibrate and set parameter of all field devices in part of instrumentation (Ex. HART, Foundation Fieldbus).
- Analyze and solve the problems for both of field devices and DCS that occur during construction and commissioning period.
- Prepare and issue final documents in part of instrumentation (owner document).

- Prepare contract for improvement work.

- Improve reliability of equipment by Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
- Revise Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for support planning, analysis and reliability works.
